The standards are high so you feel stretched to be the best you can. The exposure to a range of different aspects from design & architecture to cutting edge visualisation technologies and revit is great. There's a genuine sense of care for the team's wellbeing (not just in the amazing perks. Demonstrate your ability to design and work as part of a team, and you will work on some world beating projects of insane magnitude. The team are from a cross section of different backgrounds - interesting, fun and inspiring to work with them.
Cons
The clients are demanding and there can be miscommunication due to language differences -this can lead to flashes of pressure across the team. Projects aren't always publicised (although I think this is changing) CPD happens but you need to make time to do it
