Pros
Flexible work environment. Get to work on core stuff early in career. This is a big plus as compared to other big companies where newbies are given complan milk. Good work life balance.

full network access food facility/travel facility can opt out for work from home option occasionally.

no projects..as soon as SAP has taken over this company sybase..not able to handle esteemed clients..lost client like ANZ bank. unequal opportunities over gender and social status. no workplace ethics and healthy competition. managers are just pampering the male employees sitting near to them..often get involved too. old and arrogant male employees not flexible to adjust with new employees coming in office..they usually leave in 2-3 weeks. managers and HR ignored the complaints made by me over the bully and abusive behavior by male employees. they just advice you to adjust. HR are so arrogant to accept their mistakes and shortcomings. overall very negative environment for a job .
