      Cons specific to Pune Location: 1. Not a good place to work for the young crowd. Most people above the age of 40. 2. No equal opportunities for males and females. Women are not taken seriously. The male:female ratio is skewed. 3. No life. Boring culture. No enthusiasm among people. 4. No innovation. Still work on age old technologies. 5. Management is biased towards older employees. 6. Bad food.
