- There are still some very talented Engineers remaining - Stocked kitchen with snacks - Nice work from home ability - Fun company activities - Better benefits than most startups
Cons
- Office located in DTES, not the most safe area - Poor upper management - New CTO that started this year has been poor at leadership and decisions made and has resulted in a very large amount of turn over, a lot of core/prominent Senior Engineers have left - Every Engineering team has been shuffled around three times this year so far. No one can get comfortable in a specific area because we'll just move to another team in a few months. It's very disorderly and messy - Company focuses too much on customizing their product based on certain clients's needs. There's no vision or visionary to lead and say what the product should be - Way too many bugs and technical debt - Pay and vacation are lower compared to what other companies offer - If you have to work on release night, which could mean you're up until midnight if unlucky and no compensation or OT pay
