It’s no surprise that Sycurio has started flooding Glassdoor with fake positive reviews in an attempt to bury the real feedback from employees. The reality is that this company is plagued by toxic leadership, unethical business practices, and a culture of deception. The CRO is one of the most unprofessional and insecure executives I have ever worked with. Rather than being a true C-suite leader, he operates more like a pushy used car or insurance salesman—his LinkedIn history alone shows his pattern of jumping from company to company. He consistently lies to both customers and employees, creating a work environment based on manipulation and empty promises. On top of that, the CEO is completely disconnected from the business—almost nonexistent. She has no real understanding of what’s happening internally and seems entirely out of touch with both employees and customers. There is no real leadership or vision, just a cycle of unrealistic promises made to customers for solutions the company can’t even properly deploy. If you’re considering working here, avoid this company at all costs. Don’t be fooled by the smoke and mirrors or the influx of misleading positive reviews. The reality behind the scenes is far worse than they want you to believes.
