Supportive environment, opportunity for advancement in a range of directions, depending on how much effort you put in, decent pay and good people to work with.
Cons
Impossible timetables, and with the current traffic changes all throughout the city, it makes this even harder. Members of the public generally treat you pretty poorly, but if you switch off to that it can be an enjoyable job.
