Pros
Food trucks and yearly Christmas parties, no matter what! They are committed to those, even if they are about to lay off 60+ people because of financials.
Cons
SYFAN is hooked on "sticking" to what got them to where they are. Unfortunately, what got them to where they are will not keep them there or get them to where they want to be. They will tell you they want to get better, but they refuse to do the hard work to get there.
