      There are tons of things which are wrong with this company. Pathetic work culture and laying off people while hiring employee.

      - HR process is streamlined - timely salary disbursal

      Cons

      - lots of petty office politics - will set unrealistic deadlines to prove that you are not performing well - developer is expected to follow up with every team and make sure deliveries are happening - work according to people in Singapore, their time zone, their convenience - very bad developer experience - no clear expectations
