Pros
They provide a lot of internal worldwide training among all the employees. They have entire specifications/standards around the world inside their internal database so you can check anytime anywhere.
Cons
An employee is usually responsible for too many projects at the same time, and some of the projects are data center which required >24 hours commissioning which is quite demanding.
