Great learning experence and lots of fun in an O&G start up that eventually collapsed!

I was able to lern a lot and attend a lot of seminars and training classess, and was exposed to a range of projects from Louisina to western PA. good compansation and lots of percs.
Cons
Always a struggle for funding, always a push to prepare a package to present to investors, many weekends for which we were compensated with an extra week of vacation however, when laid off no severence and no payment for accquired vacation.
