Pros

The idea that the company could be helping its customers. There’s good people with genuine motivations in the business - they just don’t last long

Cons

A lot. The CEO is a narcissistic psychopath more interested in protecting the job she’s not qualified for and gossiping with other rusted on employees than making any improvements or even fixing bad service for the people it’s there for.

Work colleagues were great and supportive.

Cons

Management is toxic, unprofessional, and shows a blatant lack of accountability. Staff concerns are ignored, emails go unanswered, and feedback is either non-existent or vague. The culture is bullying and discriminatory, expressing burn out or flexibility are treated as a burden rather than a right. They will use technical jargon to cover up. Disgusting behaviour and treatment from management. Very toxic and I am glad I’m not the only one.
