Fast-paced and intellectual work solving one of the hardest issues in the climate space. Work for a company that can directly impact spending by the world's largest corporations on climate initiatives. Good social environment with employee-led football and running. Reward hard work, agency and impact.

Cons

As with any VC-backed start-up, we are here to deliver the company's success, and that comes with high expectations and subsequent actions if those expectations are not met.

Good people (Excluding senior team). Last 6months has been better.

Cons

Very messy. In a market that's not growing. Churn (customers and team). Culture is shot. Waiting to sellout. Not much opportunity anymore
