Pros

Above average pay Nice office Executive team that actually gets to know almost everyone

Cons

-Poor management of some teams, with lack of trust between management and employees. Especially after the ownership change. -Certain employees and types of employees given preferential treatment -Lots of little cliques and if you don't enter into one of those you aren't part of the "Sym-Tech Team"

The company is a joke

Pros

The co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

Management and HR don't support the employees whatsoever. If you bring up issues about your manager to HR, it just backfires on you. You can only advance within the company if you have relationships with the other managers. It's not based off of your skillsets.
