      Symbia has a great leadership team. Their experience helps us stay ahead of the market and also remain competitive.

      Cons

      Symbia is growing fast and are adding new positions in new company divisions. This like any fast paced environment can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      Work here if you enjoy being part of a company that steals from the customer, underpays employees, and does not address workplace safety concerns--you can make great money IF you are loyal to senior leaders and making their wallets fatter, and keep your mouth shut. So, I guess the Sorpranos would do great working here. If you're into that sort of thing.

      Everything is a con at Symbia.
