      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you enjoy micromanagement, belittling, poor leadership, constant restructuring, and a general lack of clarity on projects and business goals.

      Cons

      The CEO Vicki Levine cultivates a toxic environment by belittling employees in front of co-workers and in meetings with third-party agencies. She is a classic narcissist and you should avoid working at any company where you have to interact with her.

      There was no good reason for working at symbiome

      Cons

      unprofessional in communicating with staff on emails and at meetings, lower pay than labor laws allow, unappreciative of work performed, breaks GAAP and cooks the books to suite her, none payments for professional consultants who sign up for market rate contracts.
