Pros
Here I am constantly learning, it's never monotonous, and it gives me the chance to experience new things and interact with many different technologies. We get to take on high level jobs that others would not. The benefits are the best I have seen.

Pros
I'm given more responsibility than in other jobs which leads to a greater sense of achievement. Usually no two projects are the same, which keeps you engaged and excited for more work. It's made better by being surrounded by great people, who push you to do better and support you when needed. A Small team environment also promotes a sense of comradery.
Cons
Nothing noteworthy here. I guess it's more just a matter of tradeoffs in terms of working for a smaller organization, as opposed to a bigger one. The job lacks the structure and the fixed career path that those jobs may afford, creating some sense of uncertainty.
