The apprenticeship program is incomparable. It’s free, you learn a lot, and you get to practice hands on what you learn.
Cons
Every superintendent I’ve met is extremely rude. They treat you differently because you’re new and you’re getting the hang of how the systems work. The superintendent’s assistants are just as bad. Expect to be treated poorly. It seems fun for them to make fun of you.
