      Toxic environment with excessive pressure to meet targets

      Nothing, no pros at all.

      Cons

      This was a call-center-type role with a strong focus on meeting candidate targets. If targets were not achieved, managers often applied excessive pressure, which created a stressful and toxic work environment. The overall culture felt unsupportive and negatively impacted employee morale.

      Team members are good and supportive

      Management is very rude and arrogant. There is no work life balance. Extended working hours. They micromanage everything. Target is very high and salary is bare minimum.

      There were a lot of learnings during my tenure & enjoyed working with the clients

      Cons

      The management was very rude & arrogant. The have their own internal poliitics. I had my Incentive of close to Rs. 1.8L, which was due & even when it was not paid beyond the company policy deadline, when I asked for the same, they denied paying making excuses of my marriage. So I left the company abruptly due to such greedy management
