      Good and smart people. Conducting business with integrity. Strong brand and well respected within the industry.

      Cons

      Lack management talents and effective corporate communications. Part of a bigger organization that focuses on asset gathering, sales and marketing, and product development.

      A lot of change do to parent company merger/acquisiton

      Pros

      coworkers were great, benefits good due to parent company. Gorgeous office. Fun group, lots of independence in the role.

      Cons

      affiliate of a larger company, so a lot seems out of the control of management. At the time management was also pretty mixed and in some cases unenjoyable. But it was fixed in due time.
