      Gary Lozano Micro Manages to the MAX!

      great back end with Beyond Finance, also get to work from home.

      Cons

      Gary Lozano is very condescending and claims to be a man of faith, yet everything that comes out of his mouth is everything but that, he is a know at all & you will not have peace working with Gary as he will pick you apart like a little kid with magnifier glass, and also lower comp plan every 6 months, Houston acts like a nice guy, but he will also lie to your face with a smile, a bit of good cop bad cop, only people who work here understand. Also Symple Lending is a bait and switch company who does not offer any loans.

      Great work life balance and company culture. They offer snacks and nice building along with a great break room. Certain managers micromanage while some don’t.

      Favoritism to certain employees. Clients don’t want product
