      Pros

      This company really cares about its employees. You can bring your dog to work, it does its best to support flex time, people are treated really well. There is lots of opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities.

      Cons

      The location in Burnaby could be a challenge depending on where you live.,

      Pros

      Fun working environment, strong leadership team, company benefits, flexible working hours, empowering culture to work in, the company celebrates everyone’s birthday with cake and there are fun company events for everyone to attend.

      Cons

      It is hard to find any cons at Sympli. I’ve been an employee for 1 year and every day has been a positive experience. Everyone from front-line employees to senior leadership are nothing but supportive. It is exciting to see the product designers create new designs and getting positive feedback from customers! You won’t be sorry pursuing a career with Sympli!

      Good place to gain experience Coworkers are great people and enjoyable to work with Flexibility and nice atmosphere They do a lot of extras for the employees too - freezies on hot days, cake days, celebration with snacks/lunch, and more.

      Cons

      There's no room to grow Lack of procedures.
