Pros

- No customer interaction - Relatively Solo-Work - Set Schedule/No Weekends

Cons

- Extremely poor management + ownership - Complete lack of cohesive communication. One manager will say one thing, the next will say the contrary. - Zero accountability within management. - Micromanagement. - Pay does not equate to mental and physical exertion required. - Opportunities for a raise in pay only once per year, raises include anywhere from $0 - .60¢ (raise not indicative of time served either). - Sales team receives bonuses and commissions, no bonuses to production teams. - No room for growth or new ideas. - Dangerous working conditions including but not limited to: lack of proper PPE provided, extremely poor ventilation+circulation, chemicals not properly stored nor safety instructions provided, improper air conditioning, etc.

Pros

Innovative Products, Creative and Highly skilled Employees, Unique Projects

Cons

Toxic work environment, nepotism, lack of integrity, rather sell unacceptable products and apologize later, poor customer service, inaccurate information used to create products, favoritism. More concern with income rather than creating quality products and maintaining relationships with customers. Often heard "our competitors are worse, we just have to be better than them" as an excuse for low standards for products that impact lives and education. The most competent employees (at various levels, even management) have been let go because they were seen as a threat for imposing higher standards (One of many self-destructive business practices).

-intense nepotism, higher ups are related to Ceo and they always side with management -unprofessional hr. -says supportive of lgbt,but it comes off more like they just tolerate it -communicates that there is huge chance of growth but there are tenured employees who have only gotten dollar raises -mass layoffs when sales are not met -impossible production standards and employees are never given a metric to guide themselves -intense micro management
