      1. Gave me an opportunity blindly and an environment to learn and start delivering. 2. Gave decent growth, the heart yearns for more 3. No micromanaging culture which is great

      1. All business roles are number driven and must generate a ROI to the company. 2. Things may go out of hand if you are not honest, diligent and organized.

      Very good work exposure, opportunities to work with well known brands, and a very helpful supportive team and seniors.

      Cons

      Have to work extra hours and there's no work life balance. Sometimes even have to work on day off. The company offer no benefits such as health insurance or a provident fund.
