- Very interesting projects - Great work/life balance - Passionate team - Flexible
Cons
Since this was my first job, the onboarding was a bit difficult due to the complex nature of the projects, but apart from that, I have no other cons :D

Pros
Great variety of work (software, electronic, hand-craft) but I know I am in a unique position, so this does not apply to everyone.
Cons
The chaos days of the start-up are gone, now a transition to a slow, process-filled company starts. It's necessary of course, but I would like something in-between.
