      Provided me with some great opportunities to learn new skills, boosted my knowledge of the Microsoft power platform. Great social events and a fantastic team to be a part of.

      Not too many downsides to working for Synapx, the company is still growing so the workload and type of work can vary, but you're given a great deal of support in order to manage

      Pros

      Incredible people who love what they do are all in one place. It is a great place to work as the level of communication is just incredible coming along with Directors being always very understanding and supportive. If you want to progress fast, that is a great place!

      Cons

      As with every small start-ups sometimes it can be very chaotic. However, I am not sure that can count as a negative point tbh
