      Flexible schedule, relaxed workplace and dress code, off on bank holidays

      Cons

      Pay compensation is not equal to the amount of work that is required. Upper management not in touch with employees. Huge lack of communication with management and co workers. Company does not provide the tools needed to be successful in your job. Lack of training and it is more like a sink or swim approach.
