long days every day usually 10+hrs ,lots of people working for minimum wage in poor conditions for example an old warehouse building with poor heating and disgusting toilets, until the manager gave up his office there wasnt even a place to eat lunch or sit down upper management that talks a lot about motivation and leadership yet has no clue how to demonstrate either , a blame culture always someones fault never the process regular firing of employees non existent training. lack of safety with regular cuts from open blades and one serious recordable accident at xmas owners are always looking to do things on the cheap, with untrained people maintaining the machines managers haranguing employees over a pa system during christmas shouting for them to hurry up then firing people for mistakes being made

This is really horrible company to work for. Big egos, but undereducated, unskilled management. Owners fight with each other in front of staff. Syncoms is actually cover up for couple of others companies under the same ownership, constantly changing the names to get away from previous, horrible mistakes and debts. No respect to the staff, poor pay. I gave Syncoms one star only because I had to. They don't deserve even that much. Keep as far from them as possible.
