      Great growth opportunities. Amazing GM , bonus opportunities, team environment, good benefits. And a chance to meet all kinds of interesting people from all over the world

      Difficult to use PTO as I do all maintenance related duties.

      Pros

      This is a HR outsourcing company that cares about its employees and clients as evidenced by multiple Best Places to Work and Best of HR Services awards. Syndeo's culture is built on service, which starts with employees taking care of each other. Employees who are well taken care of and feel valued have a stronger connection to the organization and its mission and want to work harder to take care of our clients.

      Cons

      None that come to mind. I've worked here for more than two years and have enjoyed it overall.

      Pros

      The minimal benefits are greatly outweighed by the costs.

      Cons

      They are rude and unprofessional, and they do not even attempt to communicate with the employees. Furthermore, they will fire you on a whim for arbitrary reasons.
