Pros
I'm a little biased (of course), but this is about as good as it gets - a startup with substantial experience, funding, and a major exit under it's belt. This team has 70+ years combined experience building enterprise software applications, and the problems we're tackling here at Syndic8 are relevant, interesting, and lucrative. Each of the managers have a unique combination of skills that mesh well together. Pair that up with a killer office environment, tons of flexibility, and outstanding benefits...I'm sold!
Cons
Startup life is hard, no doubt about it. Know what you're getting yourself into - it's not for everyone. For people who thrive in high-pace environments with lots of room to grow, this is the place to be.
