I wish not to damage their rep. I only speak from hearsay, my personal experience, and documents acquired via-online/in person sources (former co-workers... though.. their claims may be falsified).
No field pay.
Lunches are taken randomly to which-if there happens to be an interviewee coming... they may be waiting for awhile.
Deceptive advertising from a charismatic CEO, employees, and websites message to ensure there is a future for any potential employee.
Sexual Harassment accusations from former employees (women & men... not unheard of, men that is... but again, a source could be making lame accusations with hurtful purposes in return to look tough for some stupid arbitrary reason)
Poor pay, a deceptive approach from the CEO... claims you may be seeing thousands of dollars within a month -at least.
Friendly environment aside, unprofessional behavior with new employees (an odd attempt at hazing-not improbable)
H.R (uncertain of employee/s) write up elaborate, wordy, and at times childish reviews from retailers and old employees who may have had an unpleasant experience with Syndicate Marketing... One of which was referred to a former interviewee as inferior because of miscommunication. To which the interviewee was told that "any simple minded person with basic English skills could read the same paperwork that they provide for the potential employee, and understand there isn't any deception nor fraudulent proposed sayings-etc.
