      Pros

      Some semblance of a recovery was in place for 1-2 years given management's neglect of its clients and it's subcontractors that were plotting to take away business.

      Cons

      Family-run business with no meaningful experience at the top anymore. Desperately trying to find someone with the magic answer is their strategy it seems. And appearances can be deceptive. Some good people still there but most of the best have sadly left.

      Fabulous company (5 stars!) before the management change in March. Stay away, it is a sinking ship.

      Pros

      The family friendly atmosphere is barely hanging on, but is still here, nice office in Rosslyn. Love the location.

      Cons

      New management is unfamiliar with running a gov't consulting business and has made mandy missteps, including removing our 401(k) profit sharing, not appreciating long time employees and what they can offer, and general disconnection with the business.

      Pros

      Talented team members, collaborative atmosphere, supportive management, great benefits. And as long you are willing to learn there is a lot of opportunity to learn about new systems and management is willing to pay for your training.

      Honestly, I am new and I have none so far.
