The amount of work makes the duties strenuous. A small clique of people have worked together for decades and tend to rebuke newcomers. The manager is known for his explosive temper.

Transitioning from a fast-paced work environment to this organization was a smooth adjustment in terms of workload and cultural integration. The diverse range of tasks and the implementation of Management by Objectives (MBOs) provide a stimulating and fulfilling work experience. I have had the opportunity to interact with various individuals across the organization, and I find them to be highly competent and supportive.
