Pros

- Dynamic and interesting workplace with openness for change and innovation - Mostly young and ambitious people with several senior leaders - Trust in new joiners and interns to perform tasks above their seniority level - Charming CEO with a strong focus on change and innovation

Cons

- Lack of synergy between managers (basically, CEO does what he wants by hard selling his ideas to managers instead of bringing everyone in the room and working together to calibrate specific goals) - Unpredictable decisions by the CEO making managers difficult to create and maintain a stable workflow - Some of the managers lacking EQ demonstrated by anger outbursts or passive aggressive behavior totally inappropriate for with with 3 or more years in the same position

Hi, former project coordinator, thanks for the feedback! :) I am the CEO of the company. Thanks for a balanced feedback. I like feedbacks where can I learn things rather than read pure emotions. Generally, I accept your feedback 100%, all comments in CONS section. I am sorry for my own mistakes. Now my CEO-decisions undergo long calibration with managers before releasing to the teams. As our managers feel the heartbeat of their teams and discuss the Changes with their teams, if needed. I learned to be patient and I am still learning! I am confident in our current managers team, they are also learning and growing. And they care about their teammates a lot! Not only results matter, but HOW we reach those results. Thank you for the value that you are created in our team. Good luck in your future career, I am sure you have grown with us! (When time comes, we will have not only CEO, but also COO or Board; we need to grow a little bit more to have those additional positions! :)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am enclosing the link to what other colleagues say: https://bit.ly/2020reputation Additionally, you can see our colleagues in the video: http://bit.ly/2qguMZZ

Pros

* Friendly place(at first) * Relax enviroment * Good place to start your career * a lot to learn

Cons

* After a while you can see how some collegues are gossiping about others and maybe not you, but it distracts and makes not so welcome place * After some time when you learn basic stuff it becomes monotonious and you can not challenge yourself enough

Hi, our dear ex-colleague, I am the CEO of the company. Thank you for sharing the feedback. It would have helped if you stated the team you worked in. In-house linguists? Human resources? Project Managers? Software developers? Sales and Marketing? Administration and Finances? Quality Assurance Engineers? Freelance linguists? In which country, in which office? We are a medium size company of ~80 in-house people in Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine and projects are different depending on your role: http://bit.ly/2tkcKcE POSITIVE OUTLOOK. I feel good that you rated the general outlook towards our company as “Positive“ in this system. You also would recommend Synergium to others as “a friendly place“ and “a lot to learn“. Thank you for trying to maintain objectivity and noticing the things that we are already doing well, it is motivating! ABOUT MONOTONOUS PROJECTS. Thank you for showing what needs to be improved. I am sorry that at the beginning, it was “a lot to learn“, but it became monotonous after first year and we did not notice that on time. While we cannot promise a big career jump after one year, we definitely could have given you other interesting projects to work on. Did you tell about your needs to your manager? If not, then you missed your chance to exercise your part of responsibility. ABOUT SOME PERSON COMPLAINING. You wrote that you also heard some person complaining about a colleague. I agree with you 100% that gossiping is a bad habit. I support the following scenario: it is normal to have some negative feedback about some behavior of your colleague or boss time to time, but we should always tell that information directly to that related person, not to other colleagues (in a constructive and helpful form as we want a positive change, after all). What can I do as a manager? I should show good example of such brave behavior myself (I am not ideal). Once again, thanks for feedback, it was helpful, as you mentioned very concrete things, feedback was not vague. I appreciate the feedback, as I want that my colleagues work in a better and better environment. They are really awesome and hardworking, because of them we got an award in prestigious Technology Fast 50 rating of the whole Central Europe (the official link from government website http://bit.ly/2oKx2sL , or read the longer text about the award ceremony in London Tower http://bit.ly/2D0FgzJ ).
