No HR Policy and Procedure No fixed time for salary Can force you to take salary in cash Your incentive will never be calculated correctly The incentive so formed will never be credited in your account. Past performance will go in vain if you dont perform in a month by any chance. 2 times late in a month means 1 day unpaid leave. If you are late in office by 30 mins for genuine reasons like rain/family issues, etc. HR will sit with you 1-0-1 and spend another 2 hours discussing this is wrong and never to be repeated Workers are treated like cogs in a machine. HR Policy/ Rules can anytime go in Gutter. Management language can suddenly go in bad talk mode. worst part - if you resign from this company they will take it personally and treat you like a divorcing wife. They will raise claims and issue legal notice to you saying they have suffered a huge business loss due to your resignation. The Best Part - If you go in a new organization, they will never clear your background verification, they may do 2 things: 1. Say you have never worked there and all your documents are fake 2. Say you have performance/behavioral issues that they fired you.
