      - nice colleagues - good location

      Cons

      - blame culture - not generous with money, hard to get a pay rise - over managing and clock in/out system - very little room for any progression - cold/unfriendly environment to work in - 8-5 working hours

      There is parking available on-site and has a promotion from within culture.

      Cons

      Colleagues are often unfriendly and try to find others to blame for their mistakes. A clock-in-clock-out system for office employees harbours a feeling of distrust. Toxic work enviornment.
