Great work life balance! Great company outings! Great recognition for employees and managers doing a great job! Keeps hotels in excellent condition. Care about all employees! Care about guest satisfaction! Promotes from within!

Cons

Pay is not up to market standards for management. That’s the only con to this company is the pay... .

Pros

Synergy is built on a foundation of core values which they truly live by. They have high standards for their managers, so it's a great place for people who work hard and are looking for advancement opportunities. Along with working hard Synergy knows how to play hard as well, so they have fantastic events, parties and group activities.

Cons

Cons would really be about the industry in general. Hospitality is unpredictable and is meant for a certain type of individual. Within Synergy there is a lot of reporting so some may think of this as a con.

Culture at Synergy is great to be around. You are afforded the opportunity to grow by partaking in Continuing Education both inside and outside the organization.
