- Currently company is struggling in maintaining market competitive salaries in shortage of skilled resources. - Bad stress handling by management (Authoritative, burned out and micromanagement) - Hazy career growth (People are working on same level from many years) - No privacy of employee data on company’s resources (Personal chats can be monitored) - Isolated teams (I saw transition in tenure years, from a family company to scattered teams) - No dedicated time given from office hours, for training.
