ESOP. Friendly coworkers. Good culture. Local business.

New management introduced 15Five, which has annoying weekly check-ins that we're required to fill out. Holiday bonus is based on the company's profit and is out of your control. Could have a really good year, but if they company decided to spend a lot of money that year, we don't get it. As a Field Engineer, unless the company you work at doesn't need you anymore, promotions are impossible.
