Pros

- Seems like a great work environment on initial observation - Door to door sales for Verizon is fun, talking to customers and walking outside is a major perk of door to door sales. You never know who you will meet! - Seems like a good career opportunity at first blush

Cons

- They run a constant, high turnover, mill, always hiring always having people quit - Secretive backstabbing culture among leaders - Unable to handle negativity as they deal with so much regularly not staying in a heightened positive state could force them to reevaluate their situation, especially the overworked and underpaid "leaders". - They try to nanny you and hijack all of your time in an attempt to further increase the efficacy of their psychological techniques. - All relationships with leaders are ultimately fake and see through, you are in a mill and they don't want to invest a lot of time on you unless they feel like you have "bought in" completely. - The management thought process behind determining if you have bought in usually means you need to go to all functions, all events, - Unprofessional work environment

The people you work with are great. The rides to the field are fun. Like a college fraternity party. Late nights and early mornings.

Cons

You have no idea what your paycheck will be. Good luck getting a straight answer on your compensation. Even the office you work in has to kick back to the initial investors.
