Management changes Rules whenever they want without informing employees. 2. too much politics 3.management tend to help seniors even if you work hard for company 4.company will not give compensation that was promised to you. 5.company will not give Insurance as promised 6.if senior employee leaves he will get full compensation but if leave as junior they will deduct yours. 7. very less learnings.
