In many situations, responsibilities were heavily assigned to a single individual, which impacted both productivity and work-life balance. There were instances where concerns raised with management were not adequately addressed, and decision-making processes often took a long time. This created delays in resolving team-level and project-level issues.

A collaborative environment would significantly improve overall performance and morale.

🔹 Learning & Growth Opportunities
While there was some free time after work completion, opportunities to learn new skills or explore growth areas were limited. Encouraging skill development would benefit both employees and the organization.
🔹 HR & Policies
Stipend-related concerns during training and initial phases were not consistently addressed.
Appraisal cycles were delayed, and salary revisions often did not align with market standards.Concerns raised during appraisals over multiple years did not result in visible improvements.
