      - Relaxed for a consulting company - Relatively easy to get promoted - Good branding in wealth management expertise

      - Leadership is very young, almost all European male - Very limited number of projects - Relatively immature company with not much processes or structure

      Pros

      The P&C team are really helpful and nice, going above and beyond in making sure that my time here, and the offboarding experience was smooth. Appreciate the HR team that is open and willing to listen to my queries and frustrations when management does not want to acknowledge my struggles. The benefits package is good and insurance coverage is pretty decent. Lots of events.

      Cons

      Way too many events, to a point that it feels like we party more than we should. Management does not acknowledge our struggles and difficulty.
