1. The company's goals and roadmap are very clear. 2. Much can be learned from the development of the SAR satellite. 3. Excellent and friendly colleagues. 4. Compensation depends on your performance, not on years of experience. 5. Plenty of support for employees (technical/language tuition fees, work-from-home allowance, round-trip airfare per year...) 6. Bonus: stock options. 7. CEO and GM are very open in sharing information. Have the feeling that Synspective is your own company. 8. You can talk and raise your opinion/ideas with the CEO and GM anytime you want. 9. Flexible working environment, work-life balance. 10. Office layout looks good.
