Pros

Nice co-workers. Being part of the the project management team was a great pleasure. That was about the only thing that made me stay longer than 4 weeks! Once you've quit you can look back and say "I'm soooo glad I don't work there anymore!!"

Cons

Once you've quit you can look back and say "I'm soooo glad I don't work there anymore!!" Employees are not given responsibilities and trust, even if they have the background and good skills, Syntax fails to make good use of their employees' potential. The way that some executive board members treat employees is disrespectful, for example yelling at them for no obvious reason (happened on a weekly basis), CEO seems to be okay with it. Family-run business, which means that family members hold highest positions despite the fact that they lack the necessary qualifications. Mangement not interested in what employees have to say. Verbal agreements with management were useless, they did not keep their part of the deal. Happened not only to me but to other co-workers I talked too (pay raise after 3 months and other stuff).
