No longer a great company

Pros

Many remote opportunities available across multiple departments.

Cons

Since the new CEO, there was constant turnover. The new line of management arrived and all loyalty to employees left. What was once a great company is now a large CRO mentality with no care for employees. Management is turning Synteract into a terrible place to work and so the turnover will continue.

Leadership change often results in organizational change which can be challenging. We appreciate this and the impact it may have on employees and therefore welcome and encourage specific feedback from all levels of the organization . All of our executive leaders truly have an open door policy and welcome constructive input that will help to drive positive change. They do not take care of or value their employees

Pros

Competive pay, remote positions available

Cons

Extremely high turnover, they work you to death with no help, upper management is lacking people skills, they only care about the bottom line, working an avarage of 60 hours a week with no end in sight while management logs off after 8 hours, the turnover in many departments is very high,

The worst UK CRO to work for!

Pros

There are no good things with this company, every one is treated so badly and lots of favouritism. do not work there!

Cons

Very racist and rude mangers. Absolutely terrible!! An old cave looks better than the offices in Ely, it is so out of date with no space/equipment.
