Good Knowledge Gain, Lot's of freedom , Good Co-Workers , nothing more to say, Pros are less

Poor Salary , Bond period of 18 months. Eventhough they say it is 18 months, it will become 19 months including 1 month HELL OF A NOTICE PERIOD. Won't get salary if you submit resignation letter, untill you finish notice period. And once you finish notice period you need to beg for your Salary. Very Dissapointed with Management

Good learning place but DUMB MANAGEMENT

Good place to learn. Employees are very friendly.

Cons

Hectic shift rotation. No value for employee health, as many of the employees leave the company by breaking the bond period.
