Toxic work environment- lots of cursing to and at you, favoritism. Family owned- which means family drama intertwined in the business. Pay is low to start with but there are no raises. Worked there for 3 years and did not get even 1 more penny added to my pay. No OT available. Insurance is expensive. Petty drama.
