Pros

I joined in this company early this year as a GCP data engineer. They gave me good package. I am really happy for that. midday meal coupon provided at office location.

Cons

I like nothing in this company to talk about. I felt very bad in every moment while working in this company. Most of the times I felt low. I was totally upset by the management. I do not have any positive feedback on this company's profile and work culture or work life balance. Sorry to say about this but I have to say for others. At least my comments can open their eyes up. I would not say my words be like Snowden’s words. But that is truth. Please do not be trapped by their campus recruitment net/ trick. First things first. It’s a service-based company with only one business account which is getting reduced by day by day. I was hired for one of the networking products manufactured entities. Which was assigned for short term project. Syren has taken this project up without any sophisticated structure and zero experience delivery heads. Everyday was horrible, terrible, over time hours spent. No proper KT designed. No proper guidelines. No Code of conduct for employees. No work – life balance. More and more they expect for you is just do it, just do it, even if you do not know how to do it. They just hire you and they fire you. They need you when they require manpower. They show you exit gate very soon when they do not have any projects in pipeline. They have no plans for employee’s future. Officially notice period is one month or 2 months according to their policy. But you can expect be thrown out in one week or lesser than too if they do not have any projects in their kitty. Most of them are designated in delivery manger roles from customer relationship background or from real estate background. Un-experienced mindset people you see very commonly in this location. Mark my words: They just hire you and they fire you.
