The most toxic company I’ve ever worked for. Life here is an ongoing hell. Management micromanages everything—the CEO messages developers over every little thing. No one prioritizes; everyone just escalates everything to everyone. It feels like an endless war zone. The codebase is legacy, old, and fragile; deploying a version takes hours or even days. Writing a test takes an hour, but running it takes a week. A complete nightmare.
