      Brunt out and limited career advancement

      Pros

      The products are innovative and shows potential if the market adopts it. Health insurance, parental leave and wellness time off plus monthly allowance

      Cons

      Work-life balance does not exist. Marketing leaders puts pressure on the team but lack clear direction and communication. Redundancy and budget constraints used as an excuse to spread workload thin amongst remaining members. Most colleagues are burnt out and demotivated. Limited career advancement.

      Pros

      Very supporting of its staff and genuinely cares. Is very pragmatic about their place in the market, understands that there is a lot of challenges (and challengers) in the space and is working hard to push forward with constant product updates. Often these reviews are only to complain (what else is the internet for?) so just wanted to leave something that is legitimately positive.

      Cons

      As with all tech jobs, the work never ends, need to be very conscious and diligent of not working every hour of the day but that is not Sysdig specific. So realistically, none to report. Come and work with us to help.

      great team collaboration, loads of talent with strong focus on customer. Good market fit opportunity operating in cloud/security space, great range of customers getting real value from the solution. Opportunity for continuous learning and making a positive impact in the business.

      Cons

      Strong competition operating in the same market fit. Fast pace change in tech/market create challenges in product/engineering.
